I just stumbled across a book that really grabbed my attention. It’s called CRITICAL CHOICES THAT CHANGE LIVES: HOW HEROES TURN TRAGEDY INTO TRIUMPH. There are military stories scattered throughout the book, but the book is more than a military history book. It’s more of a “history of heroes” book. The stories are powerful and engaging. The stories track the common principles that heroes have been following for thousands of years. The stories in this book will provide much needed encouragement and inspiration to the troops and to their loved ones back home. It confirms that we are making a difference and it explains how and why. The author is donating several hundred signed copies to our troops in Iraq.
